At Toola3D, every order is custom printed just for you; no dusty stockrooms here! Here's how your 3D-printed creation travels from our studio to your doorstep.

Where We Ship

We currently ship all across Australia using Australia Post. If you’re overseas and eyeing something special, get in touch before purchasing ; we’re happy to look into it.

Production Time

Since everything’s made to order, we need a little time to create your piece.

Custom/complex orders: May take a touch longer (we’ll keep you updated)

Delivery Timeframes

Once we’ve packed your order, delivery generally takes:

3–10 business days across Australia Tracking is provided as soon as it ships

Please note: Rural and regional areas may experience longer delivery windows depending on local services.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address FREE standard shipping applies to orders over $75 AUD

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

Once a parcel leaves our hands, it’s over to AusPost; but we’re still here to help if anything goes wrong.
