MINI-ME PERSONALISATION PROCESS
Our personalisation process is simple: Submit photos: Upload clear, well-lit photos of the person(s) you want immortalised. Customisation: Choose your Mini-Me style (individual, couple, family, with pets). Review: We create a preview for your approval before printing. 3D printing: Your custom figure is 3D-printed using high-quality PLA. Quality check: Each piece is inspected for quality before dispatch. Delivery: Your Mini-Me arrives ready to display or gift.
For best results, please provide: Clear, high-resolution photos (at least 2–3 MB). Well-lit images where facial features are easy to see. Front-facing and side profile photos (if possible). Recent photos that match current appearance. For couples/families: individual photos of each person.
Yes! Customisation options include: Hairstyle and colour, Clothing and accessories, Pose and positioning, Size (various heights available), Base/stand options, Special features (glasses, beards, tattoos, etc.)

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
If your order hasn't entered production yet, we can modify it. Contact us immediately with your order number.
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the item hasn't been printed. Custom printed items can't be refunded, but may be reprinted if there's a confirmed quality issue.
TECHNICAL & NFC SPECIFICS
We use industry-standard NFC Type 2 chips (NTAG213/215) that are compatible with modern NFC-enabled devices.

Yes! Our PLA figures can be painted with acrylic paints if you'd like to customise colours further. Many customers also love the vibrant finish as printed.
PLA is non-toxic and generally safe. However, small parts may be a choking hazard for very young children, so we recommend Mini-Me figures for ages 8+.
With proper care, your Mini-Me can last for many years. PLA is durable and resistant to degradation when kept away from extreme conditions.

We're Australia-based and ship throughout Australia. International shipping is available upon request—please contact us for rates and timelines.
Shipping costs vary based on location and order size: Standard shipping: $10–$20 (most of Australia), Express shipping: $20–$35, International: quote upon request
All orders are securely packaged and include tracking. For high-value orders, we recommend selecting insured shipping (where available).
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll organise a replacement at no cost.
