Refund policy
At Toola3D, every product is made to order — personalised just for you. Because of the custom nature of our items, we don’t accept general returns or change-of-mind refunds. That said, we’re human (and printers are too), so if something’s gone wrong, we’ll make it right, If
its about shipping check out our shipping policy, you can choose registered post or general.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect — let us know within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll happily replace it or refund your purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
· Change of mind
· Incorrect name/spelling submitted during order
· Custom designs that were approved by the customer
We also don’t accept returns on gift cards or sale items.
Replacements
In most cases, if there’s an issue with your item, we’ll offer a reprint and resend at no extra charge. If you'd prefer a refund instead, just let us know — we’re here to help.
Timeframes
Refunds (if approved) will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If it takes longer, check with your bank first, then get in touch with us. If a return is required, customers are responsible for return shipping and must retain proof of postage.
How to Return an Item (If Approved)
- Email us within 48 hours at admin@toola3d.com
- Include your order number and a photo of the item showing the issue
- If accepted, we’ll provide return instructions and an address (Melbourne or Brisbane, depending on your location)
- Ship the item back within 7 days of return approval, unused and in original condition. Keep your proof of postage. 🚚 Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless otherwise stated.
